Maximal tool diameter

All vertical instruments, except BMD_LIKA, are named after this parameter. It indicates the biggest possible diameter of a tool, which can be fastened in the spindle head and measured without risk of collision with any other part of the instrument. Measurable range of the diametric coordinate equals to a half of the diameter, and the beginning of X coordinate is located 5 mm behind the spindle head axes.
